On Thursday 25th November we had a virtual assembly with Bobby Copping from Peterborough United Football Club. He shared lots of successful stories about the team with the children and told us how we could get involved with supporting them. As an extra special treat we even had an appearance from Peter Burrows who challenged us to a virtual dance. The children really enjoyed this and blew him away with their moves. In addition to this we had a loudest cheer competition with Year 1 claiming victory.
Finally, Bobby and Peter Burrows gifted the school with a supporters scarf and free tickets for every child and one adult from their home to go and watch a Peterborough United Match! The children are all so excited and we hope they are able to make the most of this fantastic opportunity and enjoy watching the match.
