On Thursday 27th February we welcomed St Botolphs Primary School for our final match in the Peterborough Western Football League.
The first half was very close and we ended the half trailing 1-0. However, the team bounced back and showed real courage to overcome adversity as they scored 2 goals before closing out the game to win 2-1. All of the children really showed excellence and should be really proud of the teamwork that they showed.
As a result of winning this game, we are now League Champions after winning all four of our matches! This also means that we progress on to the Peterborough finals where we will compete against other local league winners at the Peterborough United Stadium.
