I have worked very closely with Winyates for the last 5 years and now teaching here is a very exciting opportunity. Ever since I was young I wanted to help inspire the future generation and make them the best that they could possibly be. As well as learning, I enjoy researching about history and supporting the greatest football team in the world - Peterborough United!

I started at Winyates in 2014 as a lunchtime supervisor and when the opportunity to join as a teaching assistant came up I excitedly applied. I love working with children, helping with their learning and joining in with the fun.

I first volunteered to read with children back in 1993/4. I then had the opportunity to apply for the Midday Supervisor position in 2005, as my children were already at Winyates. Soon after, I was offered a teaching assistant role. It was the best thing ever, as I love working with the children, helping them and seeing their faces ‘light up’ when they achieve something they thought they couldn’t do. I also speak Italian. I’m proud to be part of such a great team, and I can honestly say, I really love working at Winyates.
