I am thrilled to be joining the Winyates team this year, I have been teaching for 5 years now and it really is a passion of mine. I am excited to see children thrive in an inspiring learning environment and explore their curiosities. One of the things that brings me most joy is watching children thrive when learning new things and I can't wait to share my passion for reading. One of my favourite books is Kensuke's Kingdom by Michael Morpurgo and I am excited to  share this with as many children as possible! 

I have been a teaching assistant at Winyates for almost 5 years now. I absolutely loved my school days - they really can be the best days of your life! School has certainly changed since I was at primary school, but the end goal is still the same. My job is so rewarding and I enjoy watching the children of Winyates succeed. As an adult I am always learning new things myself, so I understand the importance of education. I am lucky to work in such an amazing school. When I'm not at work, I will most definitely have my head in a book. Reading is my biggest passion in life and I am constantly adding books to my collection. I also have a very spoilt dog waiting for me at home every day, who I love spending time with.
